User Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data collected or processed by OVA STUDIO, including data received through third-party authentication services such as Facebook Login.

How to request data deletion

Send an email to info@ova.in.ua with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the following information:

• Your name;
• The email address associated with your account;
• The name of the website or application where you used your account;
• If you signed in with Facebook, your Facebook account name or the email address associated with your Facebook account.

We may request additional information solely to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What happens after your request

After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data, including data obtained through Facebook Login.

Certain information may be retained when required by applicable law or when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations.

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation after the deletion has been completed.

Removing the application from Facebook

You may remove the application from your Facebook account by navigating to:

Facebook Settings and Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select the application → Remove

Removing the application stops future access to your Facebook data. To request deletion of data previously stored by OVA STUDIO, you must also send a request to info@ova.in.ua .
